Shipping Policy

Due to Covid-19, we are experiencing shipping delays. Please be patient and allow additional business days for your items to ship. Our customers are important to us, so we are working hard to get all orders out in a timely manner. 

 We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

 Your order will be processed within 1-3 days and shipped within 7-10 business days of payment. For purchases made during the Holidays and/or major sales, then the processing time is 1-5 days and shipped within 10 to 15 business days. 

WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES.

 LOST/STOLEN PACKAGE

Hair of Jewles is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced.

All Packages come with a Tracking number. USPS updates their system every time they put their hands on your package.

If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have you package held at your local USPS post office via WWW.USPS.COM
